Take a nap.
Move some tomatoes to garden.Buy some hay to keep the tomatoes from freezing.Walk dogs.Collect every piece of dirty clothing in the house.Take a nap.
Turn in some work.Cook some meals. Feed people.Clean twins room. Yes, even under the bed.Strip sheets. Make beds.Take a nap.
Send twins under my bed to retrieve all the stuff I can't reach.Do more laundryvacuumPut away the bookshelf of books I found under all of our beds.Take a nap.
I didn't get everything done that I needed to, but there's always tomorrow.

Wow. Lots done.
You actually clean the twins' room for them? We make our boys do it, but then again, we don't have very high standards. :-)
Once a year, whether it needs it or not!
My aunts are bringing my 94-yr-old grandmother with them. My grandmother--well there just are no words. But I need her to like what she sees. It's important to me that while she may know that I can't keep my house clean like a real grown-up on a day-to-day basis, I can at least get it looking pretty decent for an expected visit and Sister Party. It's like having the Queen Mother visit--only, imagine that the Queen Mother was smarter, wittier, more petite, and better dressed.
